Introduction

Throughout history, international cooperation has been one of humanity's greatest achievements. Nations have joined together to promote peace, encourage development, strengthen dialogue, and address global challenges that no country can solve alone.

Today, the international community faces increasingly complex realities. Armed conflicts, humanitarian crises, economic inequalities, climate challenges, migration, and emerging security threats require stronger dialogue, broader participation, and renewed international cooperation.

The World Organization of States – International Parliament for Safety and Peace (WOS-IPSP) believes that every sovereign State, regardless of its geographical size, population, economic capacity, or political influence, possesses valuable experience and an important contribution to offer the international community.

For this reason, WOS-IPSP proudly launches the **One State, One Vote Initiative**.

Our Vision

The One State, One Vote Initiative is founded upon a simple yet powerful principle:

Every sovereign State deserves an equal voice in building peace, cooperation, and shared prosperity.

The Initiative seeks to encourage greater participation among nations through dialogue, mutual respect, and equal representation.

It is based on the conviction that lasting international cooperation is strengthened when every participating State has the opportunity to contribute its ideas, experience, and perspectives within an atmosphere of equality and mutual respect.

---

Our Guiding Principle

One State. One Voice. One Vote.

This principle reflects the belief that genuine international cooperation is strengthened when every participating State enjoys equal participation in collective dialogue and decision-making within the framework of the WOS-IPSP.

---

It is a vision for the future.

A future in which every State has the opportunity to contribute to peace, cooperation, and sustainable development with equal dignity and mutual respect.
