Alfredo Maiolese, Secretary General of the World Organization of States – International Parliament for Safety and Peace (WOS-IPSP) and Ambassador at Large, has appointed Dr. Mohammad Nasser Shuja Al-Mutairi as Advisor to the Secretary General for Cooperation with the State of Kuwait.

The appointment represents a significant step in strengthening institutional dialogue and strategic cooperation between WOS-IPSP and the State of Kuwait, reinforcing channels of international engagement and partnership.

Dr. Al-Mutairi previously held senior governmental responsibilities within the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs of the State of Kuwait, where he served as Assistant Undersecretary for Media and External Relations. In that role, he contributed to institutional communication, public engagement, and international outreach initiatives.

In his new capacity, Dr. Al-Mutairi will support the Secretary General in developing cooperation initiatives and fostering relations with public institutions, organizations, universities, and civil society entities in Kuwait. The objective is to encourage constructive dialogue, promote stability, and strengthen international collaboration.

This appointment reflects WOS-IPSP’s ongoing commitment to expanding its global network and building partnerships based on mutual respect, cooperation, and the promotion of peace.

قام ألفريدو مايوليزه، الأمين العام لمنظمة الدول – البرلمان الدولي للأمن والسلام (WOS-IPSP) والسفير المتجول، بتعيين الدكتور محمد ناصر شجاع المطيري مستشارًا للأمين العام لشؤون التعاون مع دولة الكويت.

ويمثل هذا التعيين خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز الحوار المؤسسي والتعاون الاستراتيجي بين منظمة WOS-IPSP ودولة الكويت، بما يسهم في دعم قنوات الشراكة والتواصل الدولي.

وقد شغل الدكتور المطيري مناصب حكومية رفيعة في وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بدولة الكويت، حيث تولى منصب الوكيل المساعد لشؤون الإعلام والعلاقات الخارجية، وأسهم في تطوير العمل المؤسسي وتعزيز التواصل والعلاقات الدولية.

وفي مهامه الجديدة، سيعمل الدكتور المطيري على دعم الأمين العام في تطوير مبادرات التعاون وتعزيز العلاقات مع المؤسسات العامة والمنظمات والجامعات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في دولة الكويت، بما يخدم أهداف الحوار والاستقرار والتعاون الدولي.

ويأتي هذا التعيين في إطار التزام منظمة WOS-IPSP بتوسيع شبكتها الدولية وبناء شراكات قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل والتعاون وتعزيز ثقافة السلام.
