AFRICAN CONTINENT

Le Parlement Mondial pour la Sécurité et la Paix, Organisation Mondiale des États IPSP-WOS, a nommé S.E.  Dr Serge Christian Bilongo Ambassadeur itinérant pour le continent africain hors Congo.  Il pourra entreprendre les actions diplomatiques nécessaires pour faire connaître notre organisation auprès des différents gouvernements, en appuyant le Secrétaire Général pour la création de traités bilatéraux entre les États et l'IPSP-WOS.

The International Parliament for Safety and Peace, World Organization of States IPSP-WOS, has appointed H.E. Dr Serge Christian Bilongo Ambassador At Large for the African continent outside Congo. He will be able to undertake the necessary diplomatic actions to make our organization known to different governments, by supporting the Secretary General in the creation of bilateral treaties between States and the IPSP-WOS.
