EMILIA ROMAGNA REGION , ITALY

Following the flood of the Emilia Romagna Region, the President Eugenio Lai, the Secretary General Ambassador Alfredo Maiolese and the members of the Presidency met to discuss the constitution within the International Parliament for Security and Peace IPSP-WOS of the body of protection and civil assistance.  In the event of a disaster like this, IPSP-WOS must collaborate with institutions and associations to give immediate support.  The International Parliament for Security and Peace thanks the President of the Republic Hon. Sergio Mattarella, the Prime Minister Hon. Giorgia Meloni and the President of the Region Stefano Bonaccini for their efforts in favor of the affected population. The Italian government has established a package of 2 billion euros, a considerable sum never allocated before. An applause also to the many young people who have also arrived from other regions of Italy to help the weakest.

Suite à l'inondation de la Région Emilie Romagne, le Président Eugenio Lai, le Secrétaire Général Ambassadeur Alfredo Maiolese et les membres de la Présidence se sont réunis pour discuter de la constitution au sein du Parlement International pour la Sécurité et la Paix IPSP-WOS de l'organe de protection et d'assistance civile . En cas de catastrophe comme celle-ci, l'IPSP-WOS doit collaborer avec les institutions et les associations pour apporter un soutien immédiat. Le Parlement International pour la Sécurité et la Paix remercie le Président de la République Hon. Sergio Mattarella, le Premier ministre Hon. Giorgia Meloni et le Président de la Région Stefano Bonaccini pour leurs efforts en faveur de la population sinistrée. Le gouvernement italien a mis en place un fonds de 2 milliards d'euros, une somme considérable jamais allouée auparavant. Un applaudissement également aux nombreux jeunes qui sont également arrivés d'autres régions d'Italie pour aider les plus faibles.

A seguito dell'alluvione della Regione Emilia Romagna, il Presidente Eugenio Lai, il Segretario Generale Ambassador Alfredo Maiolese ed i membri di Presidenza si sono riuniti per discutere la costituzione all' interno del Parlamento Internazionale per la Sicurezza e la Pace IPSP-WOS del corpo di protezione ed assistenza civile. In caso di calamità come questa IPSP-WOS deve collaborare con le istituzioni ed associazioni per dare un 'immediato sostegno. Il Parlamento Internazionale per la Sicurezza e la Pace ringrazia il Presidente della Repubblica On. Sergio Mattarella, il Primo Ministro On. Giorgia Meloni ed il Presidente della Regione Stefano Bonaccini per gli sforzi profusi a favore della popolazione colpita. Il Governo italiano ha stanziato un pacchetto di 2 miliardi di euro, somma considerevole mai allocata prima. Un plauso anche ai molti giovani arrivati anche da altre Regioni d'Italia per aiutare i più deboli. 

JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA

The Secretary General Ambassador Alfredo Maiolese followed with interest and attention the work carried out in Jeddah by the Arab League, where the historic summit was attended by more than 22 nations.

During the summit on Friday, the organization’s 32nd, members adopted the Jeddah Declaration, which reaffirmed the Arab League’s united stance on achieving security and stability across the Arab world and beyond.

The International Parliament for Safety and Peace IPSP-WOS undoubtedly considers that area a cultural resource and a cradle of civilization where knowledge and science developed in the past, contributing to the current global scientific level. A stable and secure Middle East brings peace and harmony to the world.

Le secrétaire général, l'ambassadeur Alfredo Maiolese, a suivi avec intérêt et attention les travaux menés à Djeddah par la Ligue arabe, où le sommet historique a réuni plus de 22 nations.

 Lors du sommet de vendredi, le 32e, les membres de l'organisation ont adopté la Déclaration de Djeddah, qui réaffirme la position unie de la Ligue arabe sur la réalisation de la sécurité et de la stabilité dans le monde arabe et au-delà.

 Le Parlement international pour la sécurité et la paix IPSP-WOS considère sans aucun doute cette région comme une ressource culturelle et un berceau de civilisation où la connaissance et la science se sont développées dans le passé, contribuant au niveau scientifique mondial actuel. Un Moyen-Orient stable et sûr apporte la paix et l'harmonie au monde.

HIROSHIMA, JAPAN

The Presidency Council of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace IPSP-WOS and the Presidend Eugenio Lai are closely following the Tokyo G7.  Many points were touched upon, but most of all the conflict in Ukraine.  It is hoped that the words of President Zelensky: "Today peace will become closer", have a continuation and that hostilities between Russia and Ukraine will soon end.  It is requested to put personal reasons aside and choose the least painless solution possible because the suffering and deaths of both sides have reached unacceptable numbers.  Secretary General Alfredo Maiolese emphasizes respect for life and human rights which must be defended for the protection of the Russian and Ukrainian people.

Le Conseil de la Présidence du Parlement international pour la sécurité et la paix IPSP-WOS et le Président Eugenio Lai suivent de près le G7 de Tokyo. De nombreux points ont été abordés, mais surtout le conflit en Ukraine. On espère que les paroles du président Zelensky : « Aujourd'hui, la paix se rapprochera », aurons une suite et que les hostilités entre la Russie et l'Ukraine prendront bientôt fin. Il est demandé de mettre de côté les raisons personnelles et de choisir la solution la moins indolore possible car les souffrances et les morts des deux côtés ont atteint des chiffres inacceptables. Le Secrétaire Général Alfredo Maiolese met l'accent sur le respect de la vie et des droits de l'homme qui doivent être défendus pour la protection des peuples russe et ukrainien.

CHIŞINÃU MOLDOVA

The International Parliament for Safety and Peace IPSP-WOS through his Hon. Ciro di Costanzo is taking action to bring Moldova into the organization of States.  President Eugenio Lai and the entire Presidential Council wish and hope that Moldova will soon also be part of the European Union.

Le Parlement international pour la sécurité et la paix IPSP-WOS par l'intermédiaire de son Hon. Ciro di Costanzo agit pour faire entrer la Moldavie dans l'organisation des États. Le président Eugenio Lai et l'ensemble du Conseil présidentiel souhaitent et espèrent que la Moldavie fera également bientôt partie de l'Union européenne

ORANJESTAD, ARUBA NETHERLANDS ANTILLES

The Minister N.O. Oduber in an official government letter addressed to our representative the Hon. Vittorio de Stefano, expressed his intention to promote a bilateral initiative for the establishment and management of a Higher Education Institute/University in Auba. This is an important step by the International Parliament for Security and Peace to help countries disseminate and sustain education and knowledge.

Le Ministre N.O.Oduber dans une lettre officielle du gouvernement adressée à notre représentant l'Hon. Vittorio de Stefano, a exprimé son intention de promouvoir une initiative bilatérale pour la création et la gestion d'un institut d'enseignement supérieur/université à Auba. Il s'agit d'une étape importante du Parlement international pour la sécurité et la paix pour aider les pays à diffuser et à maintenir l'éducation et les connaissances.

BAGHDAD, IRAQ 🇮🇶

The Secretary General Ambassador Alfredo Maiolese telephoned the honorable Sameer Farhan Al Maeene representative of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace-  WOS in Iraq requesting the state conditions and possible developments.  After a few years of stagnation due to the war and internal strife, and despite the signing of the Iraqi Parliament's Recognition Agreement, to date the representative offices have not been opened.  The Honorable Sameer Farhan Al Maeene is invited to conclude the process in order to start a serious and lasting collaboration with the Iraqi State for the maintenance of peace within the country.  Ipsp intends to create bridge synergies and social development programs for the good of the country and the population, which has been suffering for too long.

Le secrétaire général, l'ambassadeur Alfredo Maiolese, a téléphoné à l'honorable Sameer Farhan Al Maeene, représentant du Parlement international pour la sécurité et la paix en Irak, demandant les conditions de l'état et les développements possibles. Après quelques années de stagnation due à la guerre et aux conflits internes, et malgré la signature de l'accord de reconnaissance du Parlement irakien, à ce jour les bureaux de représentation n'ont pas été ouverts. L'Honorable Sameer Farhan Al Maaene est invité à conclure le processus afin d'entamer une collaboration sérieuse et durable avec l'Etat irakien pour le maintien de la paix dans le pays. Ipsp entend créer des synergies passerelles et des programmes de développement social pour le bien du pays et de la population, qui souffre depuis trop longtemps.

LIBYA, TRIPOLI AND BENGASI

The Secretary General Alfredo Maiolese in a long telephone call requested information from our representative in Tunisia Honorable Sandro Fratini on the real Libyan situation.  The intent is to intensify diplomatic efforts to reach a solution that puts all stakeholders at one table, for the end of hostilities and for the sake of a single independent and sovereign Libya that serves the integrity of its people.  President Eugenio Lai and the entire Presidential Council are closely following the evolution of the policy to relaunch a strong and stable Libya.

Le Secrétaire Général Alfredo Maiolese, lors d'un long appel téléphonique, a demandé des informations à notre représentant en Tunisie, l'Honorable Sandro Fratini, sur la situation réelle en Libye. L'intention est d'intensifier les efforts diplomatiques pour parvenir à une solution qui met toutes les parties prenantes à une même table, pour la fin des hostilités et pour le bien d'une seule Libye indépendante et souveraine qui sert l'intégrité de son peuple. Le président Eugenio Lai et l'ensemble du Conseil présidentiel suivent de près l'évolution de la politique de relance d'une Libye forte et stable.
