Dr. Ahmed Dahir has been nominated Special Envoy for the relations with Somalia, Djibouti Kenya and Ethiopia of the Secretary General of International Parliament for Safety and Peace.
Ahmed Dahir has experience more than decade, international relations, political and expert youth radicalization extremism and he is a member of african intellectual leadership.
