The International Parliament for Safety and Peace World Organization of States IPSP-WOS, on behalf of its President, Sen. Eugenio Lai and its Secretary General Ambassador Alfredo Maiolese and all its members, strongly condemns the attack and prays for the families of the victims.
Since its inception, the IPSP-WOS fought any form of violence and terrorism, especially against children and women.
What happened in Russia represents a brutal and barbaric action that has nothing to do with any form of religion.
Il Parlamento Mondiale per la Sicurezza e la Pace, Organizzazione Mondiale degli Stati IPSP-WOS, a nome del suo Presidente, Sen. Eugenio Lai e del suo Segretario Generale, Ambasciatore Alfredo Maiolese e di tutti i suoi membri, condanna fermamente l'attentato e prega per le famiglie delle vittime.
Fin dalla sua nascita, l’IPSP-WOS ha combattuto ogni forma di violenza e terrorismo, soprattutto contro i bambini e le donne.
Quanto accaduto in Russia rappresenta un atto brutale e barbarico che non ha nulla a che fare con alcuna forma di religione.
