The Secretary General of the International Parliament for Security and Peace, Alfredo Maiolese, sees auspiciousness in the willingness of Tunisia and the European Commission to establish "a stronger operational partnership" in the fight against migrant smuggling.
 This comes the day after Interior Commissioner Ylva Johansson's visit to Tunis.  Too many people are manipulated and robbed with the excuse of landing in the West.  Only in the context of regular flows and desired by States with work contracts, migrants must be invited.

BEIJING, CHINA

Following today's phone call between the Chinese leader, Xi Jinping, and the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, the Presidency of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace sees a slight glimmer of solution to the end of the war.
 Zelensky said on Twitter that he had "a long and meaningful phone call" with President Xi.  "I believe that this phone call, as well as the appointment of the ambassador of Ukraine to China, will give a strong impetus to the development of our bilateral relations," he added.  President Eugenio Lai, after sending a diplomatic note verbale, hopes that from this first approach a bilateral talk can be undertaken between Russia and Ukraine at the invitation of China.

The Presidency of international Parliament for Safety and Peace WOS wishes to italian institutions and population good Liberation Day. 
Liberation Day is celebrated every year on April 25, when the liberation of Italy from the fascist government and from the Nazi occupation of the country is remembered.  The Festa of April 25, during which people obviously do not work, is also known as the anniversary of the Resistance, a feast also dedicated to the valor of the partisans of all fronts who, starting in 1943, contributed to the liberation of the country.

RUSSIA AND UKRAINE WAR


The ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine is causing considerable suffering and devastation to the countries and their respective populations. Not only deaths and mourning but also a weakening of the respective economies which will collapse if they continue like this. President Eugenio Lai and the entire Council of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace are very worried and after more than a year of war they see no other solution than to reach a bilateral stop, finding a balanced peace through diplomatic action. Ipsp-Wos offers itself as the resolver of this tragedy which has directly and indirectly involved millions of people and many countries. The Secretary General of the organization Alfredo Maiolese urges for ready talks in the hope that the belligerence will stop as soon as possible.

KHARTOUM, SUDAN

"Members of the Security Council of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace IPSP-WOS expressed deep concern over the military clashes between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces and expressed their regret at the loss of lives and injuries, including among civilians,” the Council said in a statement, calling for the opening of humanitarian corridors which have since arrived. IPSP-WOS calls for the immediate cessation of clashes and the convening of a table to resolve the situation that does nothing but harm the population. The dead rose to 330.
